Main Responsibilities

I oversaw three products (two web dashboards and one app), focusing on understanding stakeholder needs, addressing key issues, and ensuring smooth feature releases. I designed prototypes, tested ideas with users, and collaborated closely with engineers during implementation.

With over 200,000 users and 50,000 monthly active users, I focused on reducing pain points and improving user flows for a better overall experience. I built and implemented the design system with the development team and contributed to every UI, feature, and flow across all our products, ensuring consistency and quality.
